Pharmaceutical Sales

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales 

Location: New Jersey/ New York 

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Temporary 

Work setting: In-Person 


Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our ambitious sales team. The ideal candidate is a hustler and a go-getter, ready to embrace a fast-paced environment and drive sales growth. Whether you're looking for a new challenge or are seeking to leverage your existing social network and skills in a new role, this position offers a rewarding career path in pharmaceutical sales. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. 

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers, including healthcare 

professionals, clinics, and hospitals. 

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals. 

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 


Qualifications: 

• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor products. 

• Attend and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions. 

• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies. 

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. 

• Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required. Career changers are welcome. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Highly self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed. 

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

• Willingness to travel locally to visit doctors' offices and healthcare facilities. 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 


Compensation: 

• Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, plus 

commission. 

• Option for 100% commission-based compensation for highly motivated candidates.
