Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Central Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Per Diem

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The CNA will provide essential hands-on care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. 

Same Day Pay Available

Pay Rate: $20.50 – $24/hour 

SIGN ON BONUS $4000

Shift differential: $1 for 3-11 shift

Join our No-Frills Program and opt out of PTO, paid holidays, and health benefits in exchange for an additional $3/hour pay increase.

Available shits: 

Full-Time:

• 7 AM –      3 PM 
• 3 PM –      11 PM 

Part-Time:

• 7 AM –      3 PM 
• 3 PM –      11 PM 
• 11 PM      – 7 AM 

Per Diem / Every Other Weekend:

• 7 AM –      3 PM 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide      direct resident care under nursing supervision 
• Assist      with ADLs: bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, mobility support 
• Change      linens and maintain clean, safe environments 
• Monitor      and report changes in resident condition 
• Take      and record vital signs as directed 
• Support      residents’ physical and emotional well-being 
• Follow      all infection control and safety protocols 
• Maintain      accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

• Active     CNA license in the state of New Jersey (unencumbered) 
• CPR/BLS      certification required 
• LTC/SNF      experience strongly preferred 
• Ability      to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting 
• Strong      communication and teamwork skills 
• Compassionate      and patient-centered approach

Working Conditions:

• Clinical      environment, potential exposure to infectious diseases.
• Requires      standing, walking, and the ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
